Conditions for Returns:
- Watches must be returned within 7 days of the receipt of the item in case of manufacturing or other defects.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Watches must include all original accessories and documentation.
- Return authorization must be obtained from our customer service team before returning any items.
- The original tags and labels must remain attached to the item.
- Customers must provide an unedited 360 degree unboxing video of the product.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made watches.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged by customer after delivery.
- Any items not purchased directly from RedCrystals.
How to Return and replacement:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
- Provide the necessary proof to justify the return.
- Securely pack the watch in its original packaging.
- We will arrange for pickup of the item from the place we delivered originally.
- Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- If your replacement request is approved, we will send you the replaced item at no additional cost.
Refunds:
- If your return is approved , refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- A restocking fee may apply for returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
- Refunds for international orders may be subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
- Notification of the refund process will be sent via email once the return has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Please provide an unedited 360 degree unboxing video of the damaged or defective item for verification purposes.
- Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by RedCrystals.
- Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the item.
- For minor defects, we may offer repair services rather than a full replacement.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping if it is sent by the buyer.
