Return and Replacement Policy

At RedCrystals, your satisfaction is our priority. If  there is any  manufacturing or other  defect, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Watches must be returned within 7 days of the  receipt of the item in case of manufacturing or other defects.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Watches must include all original accessories and documentation.
  • Return authorization must be obtained from our customer service team before returning any items.
  • The original tags and labels must remain attached to the item.
  • Customers must provide an unedited 360 degree  unboxing video of the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made watches.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged by customer  after delivery.
  • Any items not purchased directly from RedCrystals.

How to Return and replacement:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  2. Provide the necessary proof  to justify the return.
  3. Securely pack the watch in its original packaging.
  4. We will arrange for pickup of the item from the place we delivered originally.
  5. Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  6. If your replacement request is approved, we will send you the replaced item at no additional cost.

 

 

Refunds:

  • If your return is approved , refunds will be credited to the original payment method  within 5 – 10  business days after we receive the returned item.
  • A restocking fee may apply for returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
  • Refunds for international orders may be subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Notification of the refund process will be sent via email once the return has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Please provide an unedited 360 degree unboxing video of the damaged or defective item for verification purposes.
  • Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by RedCrystals.
  • Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the item.
  • For minor defects, we may offer repair services rather than a full replacement.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping if it is sent by the buyer.
